Ok tonbe totally honest with you i.m very disappointed with the service you provided.
I believe if you dont have the product in stock you should let the buyer know this before the transaction is complete. As the wait for the product is unnecessary when other stored have it on the shelves.
Even when it is finally shipped from your store onto a courier they seem to take up to 3 days in the same city.
Very poor customer service .
