The first item was dispatched 1 day after placing order, with Aramex. You provided minimal help tracking it after 10 days . After 18 days due solely to my efforts Aramex admitted losing it. I was told to contact Outback Equipment and send copies of their emails, this was met with more delays and excuses, I stated that if the item was resent Aramex was not to be used, again you sent it with Aramex and again they admitted it was lost. So now 34 days latter I receive an email stating my payment is being refunded.
I ordered the item from a Victorian company and had it here 48 hours latter. I will never use Outback Equipment or anyone who freights with Aramex again, 2 star rating is generous and based solely on the original dispatch time.
