I am happy with the product supplied being a non stick frypan.
However, there was mixup with the order and 2 items were shipped. I detected the error the following day and advised company same day to cancel the second order.
What is disappointing is that the 2nd order was not cancelled and I ended up paying for shipping twice. I was requested to send back one of the items for a refund but was required to pay return shipping (making it 3 rounds of shipping fees in total). At the very least the 2 items should have been sent as one order to save on shipping.
Not good customer service.
