Hello , by accident I ordered the same item twice, I’ve been waiting weeks to refund or use money for something else , I filled out form with problem and contact details and sent it in , I have photo to confirm form arrived, I’ve rang and spoken to customer service and told to wait, it’s been weeks and nothing?
