They straight up scammed me just before Christmas, they sent me a completely different card (dead stock) to the card advertised, described and photographed online, said that it was an inventory mistake, and were unable to replace it with the card that I’d ordered, pushed me into a corner where I had to accept the difference between the card advertised and the card I’d received apparently ~£50 - where they pulled that number from I have no idea seeing as they don’t even stock the advertised card. Scammers then sent me £40, I didn’t want to pay £40 less for the worse card, I wanted the card that I’d ordered and they weren’t willing to do anything about it.
I think they wanted rid of a load of dead stock, used an ‘inventory error’ as an excuse and are hoping nobody can be bothered to pursue it further.
This has ruined a Christmas gift and frustrated me so much, their returns clearly have experience in the art of the deal, I actually got swindled by a gamer website fml.
