In a nutshell they lack any ability to be honest and fair with a customer. Owed £710 for my FIT (2 quarterly payments) and have had various reasons for not getting any payments or even statements mainly blaming their elusive back office that has no phone or email facilities, must be a damn quiet department. Moved away to E-on and have already received a payment from them. It is quite clear that they not only have a lack of trained staff, 1 even told me he is not trained and struggled to understand a postcode I had spelled out to him three times but they are blatantly telling lies as I have caught them out on several occasions. Forget the complaint department, totally useless.
