Worst company ever in my 65 years on this planet. I have payg gas meter and when I inserted my new OVO card after they bought out my old company it instantly fried the meter that has worked flawlessly for over 10 years. I asked them if they had purposely did this as they were very insistent I changed to a Smart Meter. I have spent hours over the last few weeks trying to get them to fix this and they have made and cancelled 3 appointments on myself as I refuse a Smart Meter and do let them Fob you off. All engineer vans carry these and even tho they no longer make them they have thousands of brand new stock plus the hundred of thousands they have removed from homes. They have been a complete and utter nightmare to deal with and if I could give them minus 10 stars I would. I am on their priority list due to multiple medical issues and I could only imagine the way they treat the customers who are not priority. I do not use the word hated very often however they have become in my eyes the most hated company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I have today changed suppliers to another after recommendations from a friend who also left OVO as he also said it was the worst customer service he had ever seen. Steer well clear of them and if you read the other comments you will see why. Go with them at your peril.
