Got switched from SSE wish I had gone elsewhere. Didn't send bills out admited faulty meter changed it.
Problems are. Trying to get through to speak to someone. Getting cut off after being on hold. Staff who contradict each other. Rude staff. No response to emails. Staff don't listen. Aggressive letters, emails and text. OVO you have effected my mental health just writing this review is making me feel anxious. To the handful of helpful staff I have spoken to thank you
