Absolute nightmare! Worst “Service” I’ve seen in 50 yrs! Antiquated billing system that makes no sense! No one knows what’s going on! I just tried to apply for hkmebeat and electric blankets.. Rep said we don’t do that!! Yet it’s all over the Internet they do! The links provided to apply don’t work! My bills have been wrong since they took over I’ve called emailed and still not resolved! They just say it’s correct! The new monthly billing is ridiculous after I was set up with SSE on quarterly!! I’m furious with them and sick of chasing after them! It’s a farce, a complete Circus with too many Clowns! Stay well clear!
