Absolutely nightmare worst service.
They deserve to have zero rubbish company. I had to make calls just to fix the portal which was not fixed for a year and more finally got frustrated and tried and stopped calling for portal to be fix. Later all of sudden they send you letters that you owe them a huge amount which I really do not understand how after giving meter reading on call paying on monthly basis . I had to call so many times and each time need to explain and I get silly answers which did not made sense .Awful customer service.they use estimated reading and ignore all updated meter reading and then all of a sudden it comes a huge amount and they expect us to pay . Totally fraudulent
On top of it when SSE was changed to Ovo after a year suddenly they send us letters that there is balance from SSE carried forward . Where in we never got any issues with the pervious company SSE nor they send us any letter of any balance.
But all of the sudden OVO just got up from sleep n starting to tell us you guys owe and now pay ridiculously ,utter rubbish Ovo .
Now again I see on my bill that they made from somewhere again balance amount this is ridiculous and so frustrating and do not know what to do .the top most height is that after every call even though the problem is solved or not solved they do not care but ask for feedback such a shame .NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS OVO TO ANYONE. Pathetic company
