Left without gas supply since before Christmas eve until 28th because meter doesn't work properly. Spent hours each day trying to get an engineer out, but all the ignorant staff at ovo insisted it just needed a new gas card so kept giving codes for them. Spent days trying to find them as no shop has any that work and ovo couldn't care less. Each person you speak to there tells lie after lie instead of doing their job, that's assuming you can understand a word they say that is! I told them several times my son was recovering from a recent heart attack and it was vital we had gas, but they really do not care. Days spent calling with 1 call alone almost 2 hours long! I pity anyone who's with them , because when you really need help you're not getting it. And they couldn't care less if you're vulnerable or have a vulnerable person living with you ...They are SCUM ! Not worthy of any stars you are just disgusting and so are your so called staff!
