OVO customers services are based in Sth Africa. They are uncapable in managing customer files. They asked me to pay via their app, never received any invoices nor meters readings. I do have gas and electric smart meters. They are unbelievably bad and now reported them to citizen advice bureau, no doubt the complaint will go to the ombudsman as they still not sending any documentation.
