Start dates wrong, rates changed, letters not replied to, bills (deliberately, to me) obscure and unnecessarily complicated, terms and conditions 48 pages long, general atmosphere of threaten. "Marius" sends email claiming he is "out of the loop" and demands a "picture of your meter". (Privately note, Customer Services in SA - hence "Marius".) Semi-safe, since never sign Direct Debits. CEO, Stephen Fitzpatrick, look him up!
