Do not touch them as a company, get out as quick as you can. I was migrated from SSE the money they were taking in the beginning was ridiculous, I was slowly watching the company sending me high bills, . No monthly usage written in data as time went on, I was screenshotting my electricity and gas daily and eventually they got caught out for overcharging me .they did pay me back. Trying to get extra revenue back overcharging other customers.when goggle it was saying OVO own 10million for overcharging. Remember they are trained from a person what to say to customers.I’ve now cancelled with OVO . I had to be very aware how to work with them regarding ending my custom, make sure your credit is low !! with only a little bit of credit in ,to clover your closing account the more you have the more add-ons they will come up with .when they say to you, we generate your this last bill in six weeks. Say no you won’t. You’ll do it now. We will sort it out on the telephone today with my last reading as from today i have photographs of my readings as Evidence my closing date,data of today what is owed to me .dont let them palm you of with in six weeks . I want to in writing today what you own me in email or updated on my app now please . you do not need six weeks to generate a bill. if you give them time they will dip into your account and take other money making excuses for any add-ons . , then close your direct debit i’m now receiving the money that is owed to me within 10 days, not six weeks.
