I have a dispute with OVO because they did not take my Feed in Tariff into account. They keep sending me threatening messages but I have spoken to them 4 times at least. Each time they agree with me that they have not allowed for my Feed in Tariff and will sort it out. Nothing happens but the threatening messages start again. It is not easy to get through on the phone and it always takes a long time to get to the FIT team. I will now ignore the messages and see what happens. I changed my supplier a long time ago because of their attitude.
