DISGUSTING COMPANY!
closed my account back in march and made final payment for the account. I have then changed supplier and been paying my bill each month with them, however… ovo decide to keep sending me monthly bills saying they provide my electric and gas which they don’t, address to the occupier of my address! I have called over 20 times and told the money on the account has been deducted and account has been closed however I still receive bills asking for money. Also told by number of customer service to just “ignore” the letter which I replied I will not ignore as this is my home address to then be told “we’ll pay it then and stop moaning”.
I now have a solicitor involved and will be taking them to court and have all proof of every conversation I have had with them!
