Ovo has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rude staff, unhelpful advice, they don't do what they say they promise and they do everything they can to ensure you over pay so they can hold on to more cash. I will never recommend this company to anyone and it was the biggest mistake ever to use them. Stay away from this godawful business and user their competitors instead. I spoke to Smangele specifically and it was the most rude and unhelpful conversation I've ever had. But I've had the same many times before from other customer service agents. Absolute joke of a business
