We had airsource heatpumps for 3 years. For 3 of them we received £245 a quarter from the government. We were still in debit then, but once the £245 a quarter ended we realised how very expensive they were to run. They weren’t very efficient either as they’d regularly defrost themselves, during which time the radiators would go cold. Servicing costs were £495 a year for each one, and when one of them had a fault the repair quote was astronomical. During winter months the running costs would be £68+ a day. 🤮 🤬 stay well away from this too-faced an arrogant rude flaming an obnoxious arrogant rude company of theirs really are with them full stop at OVO energy because of them themselves full stop at OVO energy themselves I am now in debt with them over this issue over my own solar panels & wish myself i never had then in the first place full stop by OVO energy. 🤮 🤬
