This energy company is an obnoxious & is rude & very spiteful to deal with & are pure evil to deal with you yourselves with themselves full stop at OVO energy Stay will away from them full stop at OVO energy.😈 They owe my mum over £6k but now they're saying it might be that she owes them. She's been putting in meter readings but they have no records of these. So they've been estimating putting the gas up to more than electric but the boiler leaks so we only put it on when we have shower, wash pots. We use air fryers so not used our hob for months. Nan injured herself badly that we moved into hers for 3nonths so no extra electric and gas used. So they've put a billing block on it and won't give my mum any of her money back. We sent meter reading photos on 1/7 they said the billing block was put on at the end of June so why were we not told on 1/7 that she can't withdraw any of that money. Apparently they didn't receive the meter reading photos yet they replied with the photos attached so forwarded them onto again oh and look they've received the email this energy company is evil full stop at OVO energy. 👀 🤮 😈
