Terrible customer service infact can’t call it customer service it’s a disservice. Constantly making mistakes, demanding money and all our bills are paid on time after sending in meter readings. We have paper evidence and have also kept all email correspondence too .But suddenly £400.00 needs to be paid that they can’t explain and now Ovo refuse to review our account. Prior to this issue when we phoned up to ask about our account the customer service person put a stop on the account. We weren’t being aggressive or complaining we just wanted to verify the amount as one minute we owe Ovo hundreds of pounds according to them and the next minute they say we are over a thousand pounds in credit !! Absolute shambles my husband has just spent 2 hrs. On the phone trying to resolve this but to no avail. He has spoken to various people, was put on hold 7 times and no resolution. Told by one customer service person that they can’t review our account as it’s less than a year old !!! Unacceptable and unbelievable seen as we had no choice and were moved over to Ovo from SSE which is in fact part of the Ovo family. I despair !! Where do we go from here the ombudsman??
