I have recently encounter unbelievable bad service from OVO and it has left me just want to leave OVO. I have spent one stressful afternoon and one stressful morning on the telephone with OVO customer services who are barely able to speak English and understand less. I have had the telephone put down on me twice put on hold 4 times and one promised call back never happened. OVO have my gas bill on one post code and electricity bill on another.
At one stage I was instructed to go to the post office to rectify the situation, lol whatever my electricity bill has to do with the post office is beyond me. The situation means that I cannot switch to another company (is this the reasoning behind this???) and I refuse to phone up again to be abused and suffer more stress.
Let this letter be formal notice that if OVO fail to acknowledge the situation and rectify said situation then I refuse to pay any standing charges we shall let a Judge or Magistrate decide who is in the wrong.
