I am a disabled pensioner living alone. I had declined this company's request to fit smart meters but by shear coincidence my electric meter failed shortly after it was topped up and have now waited over 6 weeks to have a forced smart meter installed in the mean time my gas meter has also failed (again shortly after top up) when I telephoned OVO I was expected to move a heavy settee and get on the floor to read the blank screen, when I said I was a disabled pensioner and couldn't do either I was told they couldn't help me until I told them what the issue was ". I have had no hot water and have had to purchase a microwave to have a hot meal for the last 3 weeks. I will not be staying with this unprofessional bunch of clowns.
