The most disgusting customer service I have ever know , they constantly billed me for a gas bills and the gas meter that wasn't even ovo ,i never signed up with them ,so im looking into GDPR breach ,I'm with British Gas and never had ovo ,I'm looking to start a website just to see how many complaints and unsatisfied customers they actually are of ovo ,I'm disabled and what I have been through with threats of debt recovery ect , had a gas leak on my meter so my supplier British Gas sorted it all out ,I explained this to ovo ,if I had a gas meter with them ,wouldn't they of sorted and replaced the new one ?
British gas called Northan Gas Networks and because of my disabilities I'm classed as vulnerable so they was a 2 hour window,it fook around 45 minutes, fantastic customer service, so I explained all this to OVO, sent photos via email ,ect ect and still they sent bills out for gas ,all they had to do was look on the data base British gas advised me ,but not OVO ,nearly 6 months all this went on ,called ovo loads of times and constantly cut off mid call ,pretty much every phone call ,do not use ovo ,avoid them at all costs ......they just bullied and harassed me for a bill that was false ,like I've mentioned and told ovo I'm looking to start a webpage just to share bad experiences and story's about ovo ,how many people with disabilities, old and vulnerable have ovo bullied and threatened.
I wish I could put 0 stars for this disgusting company, I'm hoping to get this Web page up and running as soon as possible, for all to see and share there horrible memories and interesting lies and cover ups OVO seems to do .
