I decided to move from OVO as my electricity supplier as l was unhappy with their service. I have had constant problems with them since the closed down my account on 12-8-24. I had to demand they sent me out my final bill so l could pay the outstanding payment. It arrived 1-9-24 and l returned paying in slip with cheque the next day. During that time, up until today, l have had daily calls demanding payment, even though toward the end they admitted they had a note that there was a 14 day time period to allow to them to receive my cheque. All this although l am on their vulnerable customer data base. Totally unacceptable. I hope that, after 3 hours of effort, l have finally resolved the issue, with a promised refund and apology. I am not holding my breath
