Took their boiler cover / energy plan out 11.9.23. For some reason the boiler cover paperwork arrived two months after. The ‘engineer’ who rang didn’t know what an ATAG boiler was so I said I didn’t want him touching it. I moved supplier at the end of my contract. Ovo have charged me £30 to get out of the boiler cover plan as it lagged my ‘energy and boiler cover’ by two months. That was their issue. Telephone operative dismissive. Avoid this company.
