1). It’s the worst energy and gas supplier on the market. They’re more bothered about their own online presence in order to attract new customers than actually dealing with their existing customers, whom they bark orders at. This didn’t include what they were going to do with all of the Ex SSE customers they inherited during the 2023 switchover, whom they brought then in to line with their own customers at OVO energy by using coercive and controlling behavior to force them into compliance. 2). They are childish. They have a mixture of obnoxious, childish behavior on the customer services side, as well as their billing system, where they deliberately overcharge you for using their gas and energy supply. They charge both of your meters at different ludicrously extortionate prices for both individual meters. 3). All of these suppliers—Ovo Energy and the others—are deliberately overcharging you for usage. They are providing services to you from them to you, with their meters on both energy and gas, and their daily standing charges on both sets of meters, which are set differently from one another. All six of these energy and gas suppliers are as bad as each other, charging you extortionate rates for energy and gas. 4). They blatantly disregard and disrespect you as their customers, while all of their focus is on attracting new customers to improve their own online image. They completely fail to provide fair pricing and decent customer service. 5). They are taking advantage of their customers by deliberately overcharging them for both energy and gas because they provide both to you and force you to use them, and their rates are unjustifiable.
