I purchase ox car care because they gave me a 30 days to try it 9/27/27 the same day I change my mind I call them back to cancel the person told me I would receive my refund 10 to 15 days I said not business days he said yes business days I call back the next day to make sure it was cancel that person told me the same time frame that time frame has pass I called back this person told me it take 15 to 30 days still no 100.00 in my account I call ask to speak to a manager she said it takes up to 45 days we are larger than a bank she also had the cancel date wrong and hung up Everytime I call VM said they will call back no refund no call back so I call the number of tv this person was very nice said the person 20 min call back
