After telling the rep "No thanks" several times and her transferring me to a supervisor to try to get me to sign & also telling him "No"...they are still calling me. I blocked their 800 number and now they are calling from various numbers (different area codes) throughout the day. I feel like I'm being harassed.”

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with Ox Car Care. After three exhausting weeks of back-and-forth communication regarding a transmission repair that was clearly covered by my policy, I was ultimately denied the claim on the grounds of "pre-existing damage." This was an inaccurate and unfair assessment, as my mechanic explicitly stated that there was no pre-existing issue.
Throughout the process, the claims adjuster handling my case was dismissive and unwilling to listen to my mechanic's professional evaluation. During one phone conversation, she was particularly rude and refused to engage in any meaningful discussion about my claim.
After such a frustrating experience, I made the decision to cancel my policy with Ox Car Care. I will never trust this company again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing coverage. If you're considering Ox Car Care, think twice—this company does not stand by its promises.

“Have paid policy for 23 months put first claim for auto repair December 18, 2024, waited 1 month and have not heard whether claim approved or denied and it took over a month to get paid on a oil change claim. When I call OX claim department stated waiting on additional information transferred to customer service and was told claim had been denied.”

“I put 1 star because i couldn't put zero stars. After taking over 15 days to approve a transmission replacement ox care refused to pay the shop for the repairs that they finally authorized due to the fact that after such horrible service i decided to cancel the extended warranty. When we contacted them they said that if i reinstated the contract they would pay the claim. Instead they opened a whole new contract and again refused to pay the original claim that they did authorize. Stay away from this scam of a company”
“I I attempted to cancel my contract the very next day and I got the runaround from everyone. I got different answers from several customer service people. They continue to try to keep you on the phone kept you on hold all day so this is completely a scam and I informed the people who want to look into this try to reviews first don’t be like me and do the reviews last James”
“Scam!!! They charge you 75 to get started then the full price of place 7 days later which mines was 175 exactly 7 days later. They don’t give you any documentation by email or by mail. They also dont cover anything and have very rude customer service. When you want to cancel they wont cancel or stop coverage until an email is sent. Process takes over 3 months so they say. Scamm!!!”
