I canceled my contract 16 hours after seeing the cost change from what I was told it would be. Funds were taken from my account without my authorization.
According to customer service 11/26/2021 management, those funds were to be credited to my account. 10 days ago.
THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED.
Due to the unauthorized funds taken, I have accrued overdraft fees from my financial institution and fees for the returned check from my debtors. This has caused me to miss work and borrow funds from family.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
I contacted customer service, again 12/7/2021. Crystal told me I would not see the credit for 15 working days.
