Why doesn't anyone file a complaint with your bank for "False representation" on your payment ?? Your bank will refund or Should refund you on the complaint that you make ! THEY will make the effort to retain their money !! File in small claims court in your area as that is where the situation took place. You wouldn't have to file at where ever there office would be !! And file for "False and misleading information" as well as "Theft of services" and "Breach of contract"! Where ever you purchase something of this sort, ALWAYS GET A COPY OF YOUR POLICY BEFORE MOVING ON WITH YOUR PAYMENTS !! DO NOT Fret on these people !! A SCAM IS A SCAM !!
