They are ABSOLUTE liars,. I purchased a warranty through them and I paid 49.00 and then feb-may paid 235.00. My 2003 for explorer broke down and had to be towed, my mechanic called them and it took over two weeks for them to call them back. Either had to leave a message, which they never returned or the claims person was never in. Called them and told them I wanted a FULL refund ( I didn't want to hear about their 30 day policy), then they had the nerve to ask for a year history of where we took our vehicle and told our mechanic they had to send an inspector down to exam our car. The people in their commercials and reviews are all LIARS. I have called numerous times about my refund and emailed numerous times about it, NEVER heard from them. They are ABSOLUTE scammers. Worst experience ever, they do not hold their end of the contract up, they didn't for us, nothing was covered for our vehicle and we had one of their best warranties, so they say, yeah right,. That's why I want a full refund because they had no problem taking my money, but they NEVER provided any kind of service to me or even offer to help me get my car fixed, in fact they were VERY rude.
