I signed up for an extended warranty with Ox car care on July 11, 2022. I was told by a supervisor that I would be charged $49 a deposit. On the website it clearly says "30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE". I called on July 18, 2022 to cancel the policy and was told that $49 is a processing fee and not a deposit so it's none refundable. I asked, why was I told something different when I signed up? I was told BY A SUPERVISOR, "I don't know, that's not my problem." The customer serious is horrible to say the least. I literally called 5 times just to have them ask repeatedly, "why did you sign up if you were going to cancel the policy?" That question is rude and invasive as if people don't or can't change their mind. I just want this policy canceled and my money refunded. It shouldn't be this hard to get my money back for something that I never used. This place is a scam. Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE.
