avoid this company at all cost's I submitted 2 claims to this co. they were both denied. the first claim was for an alternator and was for about 4000.00. They claimed the car was 36 miles from getting out of the "pre existing zone which they considered a "pre existing condition and therefore they would not pay. the 2nd claim was for a transmission because the "check engine" kept coming on. this claim was for over6000.00. They refused to pay this claim because the transmission fluid was not changed according to the manufacturers recommendation was not followed. This car doesn't even have a dipstick to check fluid level in the transmission. Their booklet they send you when you signup is mostly a collection of ways for them to avoid paying claims. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
