This company is a scam. They will take your premiums but will not pay for any repairs. They are still ahead if you cancel because they made money on your premiums but will not pay for repairs. They will give you excuses like "your claim its under review" but will not give you any timelines. This will go on indefinitely until you cancel. Read the vehicle service agreement ENTIRELY... You have no rights to anything except to cancel. Beware. The five star reviews on this site are fake. I asked Nolan how many claims were approved on the same day they were filed. He said that is very rare. But he would not answer any of my questions concerning time lines. This place is fraudulent. BEWARE!
