We CANCELLED our policy over 30+ days and everytime I called they kept sending me to the WRONG departments it has taken over 15 calls and we still have not received our refund from the policy we cancelled from August!!! This company is a RIP-OFF I have to allow my LAWYER to now intervene. Do not TRUST this company they are also LIARS claim to have you on a DIAMOND coverage which we found was actually a STEP-DOWN of coverage too!
