Have had Ox since 1/22. Vehicle went in the dealership Friday. Have tried to contact customer service Friday and Monday starting at 11am Eastern time- they’re in California. I have left several messages and the dealership has done the same. No response Other than from their sales representative wanting to add more vehicles to my coverage. My next calls will be to my state Attorney General’s Office - DO NOT call the BBB they have No enforcement abilities. Then to Morgan and Morgan. They love cases like this (I Pray)!!!!
