My BMW broke down on me December 3rd 2022. I called Ox and let them know what happened. I had the car towed to BMW Ontario. The estimate given was a lot. So I had the car towed to a private shop that services BMW and Mercedes. I let Ox know that the car had been moved to another location where the estimate was very reasonable. I was told to send in the invoice AFTER I paid first and I would be reimbursed 50% . After I paid the full amount and got the car home, I got an email denying my claim. I am the original owner of my BMW; I’ve had it for the past 16 years! I needed a break for the repair cost. So I called claims … Hugh Hinds, Shawn and Christian laughed at me as they transferred my calls between themselves while telling me that the underwriting Dept decided my fate on the claim…Believe me, there is a place in hell for people that do this to senior citizens. We need to find Kathy Mc Donald the CEO and drag her there as well. I’m glad my Beamer is fixed but I don’t appreciate the hell I was out thru with Ox the ass! They lied to me, took my money and laughed at me! I’ve never felt so ripped off in all my life! May they pay deeply!
