I bought this to cover my vehicle when something breaks. Oz Car Care will not spend any more on your vehicle than it is worth, I thought was why you purchased this coverage. You have to wait at least 20 Minutes before you can talk to someone. While you are on hold you hear the same 4 people telling you how great it is and they are lying. I also thought I had car rental and they told me I would have to pay out of my own pocket first. I don't have money to pay for a car rental for the month or so it has taken me to get my car back. My transmission cost about $6000 and they only paid $3600 left me with $2200 to pay. what happened to my $100 deductible. I would never ever tell anyone to buy this coverage. you will get ripped off. I have fought with them from day 1, since this ordeal started.
