From a dealership point of view, I would not recommend purchasing this extended warranty. I had to wait on hold for more that 45 mins each time I tried to call just to get the payment for an oil change that they had approved for the customer. I emailed the receipt and 14 days later got an email that they received the invoice and would send payment shortly, that was 10 days ago. I have yet to get payment. Our dealership will now no longer take Ox Care care as an extended warranty.
