TOTAL SCAM.... Terrible company, terrible customer service. They seem to never receive any mailed or emailed claims. I sent in and they never get back to the repair shop to discuss the claim. My car was in the shop for three days waiting for their response and they never called or emailed the shop back. They refused to cover my second oil change, while claiming to cover two oil changes per year. You will be waiting on the phone for a long time trying to reach anyone in customer service or claims. If you finally reach someone, they seem not to know what they are doing. They have horrible reviews all over the internet, so I know these aren't isolated incidents. DO NOT GET OX CARE CAR....Total Rip-off
