With a limited warranty service from OX Car Care you can bet that you claim will be denied. The company has a very simple contract and their Claims Adjusters will make sure to find one thing that they can deny the claim for while having you jump through hoops to get them information. Their customer support lacks any professionalism and their staff does not know what customer service is.
