This company is the worst warranty coverage company on the market. I signed up with them last year paying my premiums on time till my car broke down some months later. I took my car to my dealership who sent a report of my car but ox car care responded that it will take them 5 days before saying if my car could be covered or not. Toyota who is my dealership told me that is the first time after more than 40 years in business that warranty company needs 5 days before giving an an answer regarding the coverage of a customer. I had to pay $4000 for the repair of my car. I canceled my policy policy and ask for a refund of all the premiums I paid for. They told me that it will take 45 days excluding Saturdays Sundays and holidays before starting processing my refund claims. After almost three months of waiting they haven’t yet processed my refund. Please , please do not sign up with ox car care this company is a scam. I called the consumer protection office and they told me they were going to check this company. They will tell you the oil change is free whenever you need it but when you will call them for an oil change they will tell you to pay for it and then send them the receipt of your payment for future reimbursement. And the give only 2 times oil change per year. Everything they say in their commercials is different from what they actually offer. There is a reel misrepresentation. Please guys be careful. I went back to my previous warranty company. Zurick insurance in less than 10 minutes they will give their ok or not on a repair status. They have never denied any of my repairs claims.
