Ox is a total scam. I purchased my warranty 8 months ago and attempted to use it for the 1st time. It took them 3 weeks to approve 1 part of my claim and they didn't approve the total amount. They say that you only pay $100 deductible that's not true. I need a motor mount that cost $292 and they are only paying $75. So I will have to pay the $100 deductible plus the balance $217. So why do I need them if they do not honor what they say. I need all my money back that I have paid to this company. A total SCAM!!! People RUN don't walk away from this company. I should have read the reviews before I purchased the service. I need a refund of $1,352 that's what I have paid this company. It should be a class action lawsuit against this company.
