OX care customer service sucks. The customer service person lied I got the wrong number. And the people I was calling was NOT ox care. The overdrafted my account because the customer service person lied. I tried calling to cancel my care and no one ever answered. When I tried to call back they were close. I talked to another guy and he lied and said he would send it over. The next thing I know the have drafted my account and I never got to talk to someone about cancelling my card. The automated system kept me on hold for 15 minutes and again did not talk to anyone. The whole company have a bunch of liars and who ever has a policy with them is crazy. They are a bunch of liars that desperately need customers. I don't want this company to do anything for me and I am very sorry that I dialed the wrong number because I am now $75.00 less on my account.
