I just purchased a 2020 Duramax with 120 k miles on it. After driving it 10 k miles the head gasket is leaking. Even though the complete drivetrain is included in my warranty, they’re saying it’s just a gasket.. just a gasket? It is part of the drivetrain . But they say gaskets are only covered up to 100 k miles. When I bought the warranty 8 months. Ago they knew it had 120 k miles on it and told me all drivetrain was covered. So now they’re telling me lies that it’s not covered. I would never buy a warranty from Ox ever again.
