Ist time I put my car in the shop it needed a battery they tried to keep me car for over a month did not wanna pay the claim. So ended up paying it myself self. I said ok I want cancel yet my car needed and oil change. They told me to call them when I get to Jiffy Lube they would give them a Credit Card number. So I called once and was done. They kept hanging up on me. I paid it they said they will reimburse me it’s been 30 days. Still no money if any one reading this would like to start a Class Action Lawsuit against these people we need to really go after then. They are horrible business people.Rude,disrespectful lying people you can ever run across. Run fast from Ox Car care.
