I’m only giving 1 star bc it would not let me give 0!!! I filed 2 claims and I have the so called diamond/platinum package and both were denied!! Scam Scam Scam!!! If you call the sales number the representative is so nice! If you call the claim number the representative is rude and unhelpful. Take it from me, save your money yourself bc this company is not in the business of helping with car maintenance.
