My car would not start so I took it to the shop, mechanic said I need a new starter. Filed a claim with ox and they denied me saying it wasn't covered. I called the company and couldn't get ahold of anyone for days. When I finally reached someone it was someone from corporate and they told me tens of thousands of complaints habe been made against the company especially in regards to paying out for repairs. I was told they habe lost the BBB acredditation and I would be receiving a refund. They offered me a new policy with line 5 and told me I would habe to bring my car directly to the dealership. I don't know what happened but in my opinion they're crooks just out to get your money. Stay away...
