They keep you on hold forever and they take a very long time to approve your car for repairs and maintenance !!! My car was in the shop for 6 weeks before they approved only a friction of the repairs my mechanic said I needed. Can you believe they denied a Schedule B Service on my Mercedes which is regular maintenance and they denied an oil leak. I couldn’t believe it my experience was awful. Then they didn’t even approve me for my rental car reimbursement!!! I definitely would not recommend Ox Car Care. You’d be better off putting the money you pay for the monthly fee away and use what you accumulate when you need a repair!!!
