I have had the worst experience ever with ox car care they have given me the run around for over 6 months. I cancelled my 3 vehicles I paid over one year into each vehicle never used the service. I requested a pro rated refund and it’s been over 6 months nobody can give me straight answers. I call on a monthly basis and get transferred around to different agents and hung up on. This is sad that you trust a company to do you right and instead you get done wrong. I would not recommend this company to anyone it’s a waste of money and time. These people are thieves they are worthless when you need their help. I would highly recommend Endurance Car care they are superb and excellent customer service. Don’t trust this cracker box Ox Car care company because they don’t care about you or your car needs I will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau against them because I work hard for my money.
